About the event
Feed the Street is an annual project carried out by Food Scheme. This year's project takes on a new dimension because the food scheme's goal is to improve the lives of the villagers in the Damagaza community by sensitizing them on hygiene, birth control, and nutrition, improving skills through a skills acquisition project and a 9-month educational lesson for the children in the community. Finally, the feeding scheme's long-term goal is to empower damagaza women so that they can pay for their children's school tuition in the coming years.
